What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you enter: name, email, phone, company, property details, project details, and any notes you include. We also collect standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to protect the form from abuse and to understand how the site is used in aggregate.

How it is used

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a production recommendation.
• To schedule and deliver services you request.
• To maintain a record of client communications.
• To improve the website using aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

We do not sell personal information. Form contents are never sent to analytics tools.

Service providers

We use third-party services to operate the site and respond to inquiries, which may include hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), analytics (Google Analytics 4), video hosting (Vimeo or Mux), and, if enabled, a customer relationship management system (HubSpot). Each processes data under its own terms.

Cookies, consent, and Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to measure aggregate site usage with IP anonymization. We use Google Consent Mode: no analytics cookies are set unless you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can decline with one click. Your choice is stored on your device and you can change it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

On-site FAQ assistant

The “Questions?” assistant on this site is a scripted FAQ tool. Your questions are matched against answers in your own browser, they are not sent to a server, a chat provider, or an AI service, and conversations are not stored after you leave the page.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@theaddressagency.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
